In the 1950s, people with superpowers were discovered. Initially, they were used in construction, but after the widespread introduction of special machines, such workers became unnecessary. Now the authorities are trying to control these special individuals, while the rest fear and despise them. Connor, a guy who has the ability to generate electricity within himself, desperately tries to stop being an outcast and integrate into society, but soon takes a wrong path. He meets a gang that offers easier and higher earnings - of course, illegal ones.
