The authoritarian chancellor of a fictional European country wants to maintain her power at any cost. She is assisted by the prime minister and a cruel but loyal soldier who keeps everyone in her surroundings in fear. After the heroine imprisons the opposition leader, the country descends into chaos. In an attempt to strengthen her dwindling authority, she entertains herself with plans for preparing a certain invasion.
