Fiona Sharp, a divorce attorney based in Los Angeles, is contacted by her estranged father Declan with a troubling message. This prompts her to make a trip to Ireland where she unravels long-hidden family secrets. In the process, Fiona discovers that many of the stories her mother told her about her father were untrue.
